Sequins, bubbles, a wave of cheap perfume
She bore a single gift
Wrapped in black paper and red ribbon
I tore it open with my mind
Two tiny leopards nuzzling one another
CeCe cradled the cats in her arms
And they all began to sing
Not a song of sound but a melody of pure light
That fell around me like drops of neon honey
I floated upwards on this rising sea of energy
And the leopard twins devoured me
Releasing me from my physical form
To live with them suspended in the atmosphere
All of us clouds
All of us the space between the clouds
Then I woke up
