Dude, you always want to close with Thunder Machine! Why don't we close with one of my tunes for once? How about "Downtown Rub Down" - the crowd goes wild for that one. I'll even give you an extra twelve bars on your piccolo solo. Deal?
Hey, just wanted to say: solid list! Just had a couple comments to make it even better:
1. under the gun (i'm runnin' outta time)
Let's do this with the extended middle part where the tension builds and builds and then explodes into a rampage of furious noise.
2. squeeze play
Take this one down a notch and play it with restraint - think of the pressure in a bottle not allowed to escape.
3. the shadower
Change the key from E to D and drop the bass down even lower to make it more menacing.
4. fallen angel cake
Don't change a thing - this one is perfect.
5. word on the street (have you heard the...)
Go for broke on this one with the spoken word part. Drop in some huffing and even a quick scream before the solo.
6. go for broke
Perrrfect.
7. 3D love glasses
Use the wah with chorus on full for the "wiggly" part.
8. really gonna try
Slammin' ;)
9. thunder machine
Use the "Hercules" effect box to create rumbles from the bass cab on this one.
