Yeah, I have taken "5-hour-energy". It was on sale at Walgreens - 3 2-packs for $9.99. So I went for it. I've taken it a few times - each time before a run. I'm afraid to take it without then exercising because I don't know what to do with a bunch of energy if I'm not running or something. It's good though. It's b-vitamins and amino acids and a little caffeine (a cup of coffee's worth). It doesn't tweak you out. I'd try it. I will have one today since I got about 5 poor hours of sleep last night and am, today, lacking spirit.

But you did blog and you made a move against your laziness. I don't believe that you are "lazy" today.
I just think that you need to chug 2 bottles of "5-hour-energy" and jog 8 miles with Fugazi in the headphones.
I actually have only heard one or two fugazi songs in my life. Are they good? Are they good for a jog?
All I can think of right now is "Waiting Room" and that seems good to jog to.
I think you may be right, I'm not lazy, just lacking in spirit.
I will take your advice. Have you taken "5-hour-energy?" If so, where can I get it?
I may also supplement my jog with a KitKat and some Jawbreaker bootlegs.
