Ortega #3 is owned and operated by Danny and Hyman Norwich. I don't think you want to go up against either of these mother brothers in either a dimly lit alley, a summertime cook-off, or a battle of the bands. Danny Norwich plays the electric bass and has a set of choppers that would just love to take a bite out of you. His singing voice is reminiscent of a mix between Cab Calloway and Lee Ranaldo. His younger brother Danny can tear a hole in any roof whatsoever with his smooth yet sometimes biting cool and meaty vocal sound. These brothers run a tight, wicked ship and they get around in old Ortega #3. Whipping down the back alleys, stopping quick for some to-go chow mein. No matter where, no matter how, these brothers will keep the faith all the way into your face and into your heart. Just say you were warned. Freak that!
