I'm cooking with raw apples

Honey, I'm cooking with raw apples. It's not really cooking but I'm preparing raw apples in many ways. I want to do this for you and me. It's because apples are good for us and because they are delicious and let's face it, they are not that expensive. They are also a little boring, I know. But look at how nice this presentation is. It's nice, huh?

Look at my chef whites. I haven't worn these for at least 10 years. Since the accident. You know, when I fell out of the helicopter and landed funny in the lake. I didn't break anything but I sprained everything and had to hang up the whites. Everything just hurt. So I took it easy for a while. Until the pain subsided. Now I'm back. And I'm starting with apples. Raw apples, cut into wedges. But there is a surprise I haven't mentioned. The surprise is something to dip the apples in. Guess what. It's liquid fudge. Really. With bourbon and boysenberry nectar. It is out of this world. Served hot.

Lordy lordy.
