Mahi Mahi has to be the craziest lookin' fish I've ever seen. It looks like Frankenstein with his hair slicked back, like a double-decker neon party bus.
I hear it's delicious though. Just marinate it in lime juice, broil with garlic butter, and serve on a bed of Ocean Pacific t-shirts with a tumbleweed garnish. Magnifique!

Laura caught a silvery flat fish off Florida that looked kinda like that. I forgot what it was called. It was weird...and delicious.
